No from Colorado vNet

I got a rejection from Colorado vNet. I guess I expected that because I was seeking a senior level position and they were not. It still hurts though, being rejected :-). The hiring manager gave me some great feedback from my interview that I will be able to use in the future. It appears my lack of software engineering degree will always be a concern that I will need to specifically address whether the employer mentions it or not. Apparently what you have been able to accomplish at your previous employment is not enough to show your value as a developer :-). feedback
