Breaking Boards

Corban broke his first board in karate today. I came home to a note Corban had written saying "Dad look under this!!! see what I did. ok." Under the paper was the broken board with his instructors writing congratulating him. He said he used a snap-kick to break it. It took him a few tries but he finally did it. The snap-kick uses the ball on the bottom of your foot to hit things. He reported that it hurt a little, but not too bad.
