Bedtime Prayer

A cute story about Kaela's bedtime routine. When I put her to be at night, I hold her with her blanket and say a prayer with her. When I get to the end of the prayer and say "In Jesus name.." she pipes up and says, "I-yuh" for amen then leans over for me to lay her in bed.

She does a different thing for the prayer at dinner time. She will hold Kristen's hand for the entire prayer, staring at her will this crafty look on her face. When I say "In Jesus name..", she yanks her hand out of Kristen's with this huge grin on her face before I say "Amen". She thinks that is funny.
