More Showings and New Properties

Even though we've signed an offer letter with a family, we have still been showing the house. I don't know how much longer we will need to show it, but hopefully that will end soon. We had 3 showings on Saturday and one today. If everything goes according to plan, we will close on Feb 25th and we will need to be out of the house the same day! Yikes!

During the showings yesterday, we looked at several properties in our price range in Fort Collins. Unfortunately, nothing was very exciting. Time is ticking away! Tick tick tick.
