Kristen is reporting that we have 3 different companies working on our house all at the same time. One guy is in the house, pulling the carpet taught in our dining room. A few guys are on the roof, fixing a hole in the shingles that happened during a wind storm while we were in Texas over New Years. And, lastly, we have a crew replacing a slab of concrete on our driveway that crumbled. She reports that it is crazy and stressful there right now!
Also, we have already had two offers on our house! One offer was a low-ball offer that we ignored, but we countered on the other one. We are expecting them to sign the counter and our house will be sold! Woot!
