Our contract with the MLS expired, so our house is not longer on the public market. We still have the sign in the yard, but Kristen is ready to pull it out and just stay here. However, since out contract has expired we've had at least half a dozen real estate agents clamoring for our business.
We know we won't put the house back on the market until after Christmas, and if Kristen gets her wish, not at all. I've been praying for an answer to whether God wants us to move or just stay here. So far, I can't really tell either way. The MLS expiration was kind of a hint, but now we have a host of eager individuals pushing us to keep selling. For now though, our house is off the market.
