We celebrated Karis' birthday today. After church, and a quick trip to noodles for lunch, we went to the Colorado Bear Factory. It is a lot like the Build-A-Bear. Karis and Kaela used their birthday money to make a unicorn for Karis, and a purple bear for Kaela.
We then came home to open presents and have cake and ice cream. I guess it was not really cake. We made a flower cake that had blonde brownies for the center and yellow iced twinkes for the petals. It looked pretty neat and best of all Karis actually ate it. She does not really like cake or icing, so the blonde brownie worked out perfect for her.
