We had a great time celebrating Kaela's birthday Sunday. After church and lunch, we opened presents, then decorated cupcakes. Kaela has originally asked for a ballerina cake, but Kristen could not find anything she liked for decorating one. The cupcakes were a lot of fun and the kids had a great time.
Since Kaela likes pizza so much, we went to Woody's for supper. Ironically, we had to "force" Kaela to eat one slice as she was more interested in coloring her place mat. She has been very determined lately. Often, we'll notice we have not heard a peep from Kaela for a while, which is usually an indication that something is wrong. After finding her, she has just been busying herself working diligently at getting new clothes on her Polly Pockets. She received Polly Pockets from everyone this year, so that will keep her busy for a long time :). Thankfully, there were no duplications, so no returns!
