The Non-budging house owner

As I told you in the last post, we countered their counter, even though the owners said they were not going to budge. Well guess what, they agreed to pay $5000 of our closing costs! Woot! We have not seen their counter-offer yet, but it looks promising that we will have a house to move into when we close on our house.

However, we are still going to go look at a house in Windsor this afternoon, just to make sure the perfect house isn't out there, waiting for us :-).
