Counter-offers

Both residents made counter-offers with no obvious winner. We offered $20,000 below asking price, and they both came down by $5000 from their asking price. No closed doors yet! Argh! 

At this point though, we have let one of the counter-offers expire. So, we are down to one house left. We plan on countering their counter-offer and see what happens.
