Counter-offers

So, I told you that we received a couple counter-offers yesterday. We let one expire, but they are chasing us now. They have come down twice on their counter-offer, and now, they are throwing in their refrigerator, washer and drier. Ha! Could this be a sign from God? Hmm... I still think we are going to pass on this one.

Now, to the other house. Once the owners made their counter-offer, the realtors got together and had a little pow-wow. Their realtor indicated that we should counter again because the owners were willing to come down on the price. More calls and across the table talking between the realtors and now the owners say they are NOT going to come down from their counter-offer. It all just seems like a big game. So, in order to participate in the game, we countered anyway. Ha! They have until 2 pm. to sign our counter to their counter, or they can counter our counter to their counter. Fun game!

In the mean time, we are starting to consider houses in Windsor! Is it possible we could find a house with everything we'd like? Praying hard!
