Fixie...

I road in to work today for the first time this year and I did it on a new bike, my fixie! It only has one gear, no coasting, and two brakes for the time being. I will probably remove the rear brake once I am comfortable on the bike.

I cannot explain to non-biking people why someone would want a bike like this, but it sure is a lot of fun! I got it off of eBay pretty cheap and will use it as my commuting bike. I just have to make sure not to go up or down any steep hills. Especially down!
