The insurance guy looking at the roof just left. He said that the roof was not damaged and the problem is the flashing around vents. Sometimes the wind can cause the water to go up under the flashing causing the problem. Therefore, he says the problem is just cosmetic! I don't think I agree with that. You fix the problem (water going under the flashing), else why fix the cosmetic?!?!? Am I right?
