Karis has been wanting to go swimming for several days now and we finally made it there this afternoon. We were planning on going yesterday after planting the trees, but Kristen wanted to go to a Scrapbooking store grand opening, so Karis agreed to go today. Corban was planning on going as well, but ended up going to a friend's house after church this morning. Corban had a good time with his friend, and Karis and I had a good time, even though the kiddy pool, where Karis spends most of her time, had to be closed because of unmentionables floating in the pool. Ick!
Karis was intrigued by a couple girls who had brought their Barbies to the pool to swim. I think she may take some dolls swimming with her next time we go to the pool.
